Return & Refund Policy

RETURN

Valor76 specialize in personalized and printed-on-demand items, which means we are unable to accept returns. However, we are fully committed to resolving any issues with your order by offering a refund or sending a replacement.

1. The item received is incorrect or defective:
Should you receive an item that is either defective or not what you originally ordered, kindly contact us directly. We will expediently rectify the situation by offering your choice of a replacement or a refund.

2. The damaged goods due to the shipping process:
In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive goods with defects or damage incurred during shipping, rest assured, there's no need to return the package. We will promptly process a refund or replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

3. The order arrived with one or more items missing:
If an order arrives with a missing item, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. Please note that detailed photos are required for quality control purposes.

4. The received item has a quality issue:
If your order items have quality issues (such as blurry printing, faded printing, etc.), we can either refund or, if you prefer, we can ship them a new order. 

 

REFUND

- Undeliverable orders

Any unsuccessful deliveries resulting from customers' mistakes in providing the shipping address or customer unavailability, as well as any loss of products due to security concerns at customers' living areas (as confirmed by the shipping carriers), will NOT be eligible for a refund. Refunds will also NOT be issued if the customer REFUSES to receive the package.

We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering.

- Dissatisfaction with Apparel Sizing and Colors

Any dissatisfactions related to apparel sizing and/or colors will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our size chart on product pages before completing your purchase.

 

Timeframe for this policy

Our refund and replacement policy lasts for a period of 15 days from when the order is shipped. If the 15-day period has passed, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or replacement.

 

FILING A CLAIM

To file a claim, please send us an email at support@valor76.com or use our contact form. It is essential to include the following information in your claim:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo evidence showcasing the front, back, and packaging of the defective product(s)
  • Full delivery address

Our dedicated support team will carefully review the photos/videos of the defective item you provide. If your item is eligible, we will promptly resend the product to you at no additional cost. We do not allow modifications to replacement items.

In rare instances where sending a replacement is not feasible, we will reimburse you for the entire cost of the eligible product, inclusive of shipping expenses. Valor76's return policy will not apply in the case of any force majeure event. We will provide official notice of this event.
