CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

In case, you want to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours since your purchase. After 2 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

Please send us an email to support@valor76.com or use our contact form and include the following information (this is a must):

• Order number
• The adjustment that you would like to make or the reason of cancellation
• Full delivery address

We’ll review and send a confirmation once the changes have been made.
