1. How do I place an order? 

You can carry out the following steps to complete your order:

  • Step 1: Choose your style on the product page
  • Step 2: Adjust the quantity of product
  • Step 3: Click the “Add To Cart” button
  • Step 4: Apply Contact and Shipping information
  • Step 5: Process payment and apply a discount code (if you have) to complete purchasing
  • Step 6: Receive your confirmation email/message when your order is successful

2. Didn't Receive Confirmation Email.

When an order is placed email is sent to you with your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details.

If you did not receive your confirmation email please follow these steps:

  • Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
  • If these don't work, please contact us.

3. My orders are past the estimated delivery time.

Delivery time depends on your product type. You can check here.

4. Why is my tracking information not working?

Please note that tracking information updates once the order ships and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier.

If you placed your order over 14 business days ago and your tracking information is still not available please contact customer support here.

Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.
